Job brief
- We are looking for an Human Resource Officer responsible for recruiting and screening workers. They will also handle employee documentation, payroll, benefits, and training.
- The Candidate will be responsible for ensuring employee documentation is complete and up to date and will do the ground work for recruitment of positions required by the Company.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties such as job description and job posting
- Develop good sources for talent acquisition
- Create a data base of CVs for talents required by the Company
- Research market for salary scales
- Create, implement and manage applications and documentation
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork
- Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals

- 3+ years experience in HR in food sector
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good with numbers and familiar with payroll systems
