Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, filtering CV’s, and keep the database updated.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly.
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
- Makes monthly analysis regarding HR areas as recruitment, training, headcount, and turnover across all levels.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Implementing daily attendance systems and monitoring time, attendance, and exit monitoring activities.
- Following up on employees`vacations.
- Following up on new hires' documents.
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Hands-on experiences with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like BambooHR and PeopleSoft
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
