Job Description

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, filtering CV’s, and keep the database updated.
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Makes monthly analysis regarding HR areas as recruitment, training, headcount, and turnover across all levels.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Implementing daily attendance systems and monitoring time, attendance, and exit monitoring activities.
  • Following up on employees`vacations.
  • Following up on new hires' documents.
  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
  • Hands-on experiences with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like BambooHR and PeopleSoft
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Team management skills
