Job Description
- Develop a complete and thorough understanding of the partner’s operating model and strategic business plan and support the execution of the company strategy with these partners.
- Communicate and assist in executing effective Partner incentive Programs to meet mutual beneficial business outcomes
- Work closely, and communicate effectively, with the existing company channel team to provide strategic direction and information pertaining to the effective management of the key accounts.
- Analyze data pertaining to the key accounts, with the purpose of reaching business conclusions.
- Help create effective national programs that are aligned to the Key Account business plans and ensure they are executed by the local Teams
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 Years of Account Management Sales Experience
- Be an excellent communicator with the ability to effectively connect with a broad range of Executive level stakeholders at a strategic, day-to-day business and an industry / technical level.
- Multinational Experience is a MUST.
- FMCG Experience is a preferable.
- Understands the challenges faced by our business partners in their market today
- Understand current industry trends across a wide range of vertical markets and be able to effectively communicate this detail to the account
- Possess high level business acumen and be comfortable communicating the relevant financials to effectively drive the national account
