Job Description
- Gather Solution Requirements and Prepare business requirements documents.
- Prepare detailed analysis documents with complete awareness with the appropriate techniques and well
- definition for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Helping to create business cases, defining project scope, product descriptions, goals and deliverable s.
- Support developers and QC engineers by clarifying requirements or business concerns raised anytime within
- the development life cycle.
- Perform requirements verification on deliverable and conduct walk-through of deliverable with business and obtain approval/sign-off.
- Complete special projects and assignments as assigned.
- Supply Product / Solution requirements according to stakeholder’s needs, line-of-business study, business
- domain research, market study for alternate solutions.
- Conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, organization, and simplification.
- Produce Business Requirement Document, Business Process Document, Use cases / User stories,
- Requirement traceability matrix, System Requirement Specification.
- Capture business needs and elicits high-level requirements to define system scope through working with
- business entities.
- Design and Model “To-Be” maturity business processes
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, gap analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
- Studying the market for existing products and prepare competitors reports about similar systems
- Develop prototypes/wire-frames to insure feature proposal approval before delivery to the development team,
- and suggest new methods to produce a high level of service model.
- Participate in the preparation of ‘long-range’ systems plans, and keep an eye on possible changes to business
- objectives and goals, considering planned time, cost, and quality
- Create and implement system stakeholder feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the business vision and analyze trade- offs between usability and performance needs.
- Candidate responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability with team leaders of other teams, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or IT related field
- 5+ experience working as a business and system analyst
- 3+ experience working in development
- Willing to travel to KSA for short times during the year
- Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management
- Able to multitask, prioritize, extremely organized, and manage time efficiently
- Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Excellent client-facing with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in ERP systems or E-learning /school management systems is a plus
- Experience in using Microsoft Visio, Axure, and MS Project is a plus
