YOUR ROLE

Your role is to prevent loss of SME biz, speed up quotations to SME, coop with the increased sales force, create quality time for BDM/FS to develop/concentrate for A&B Clients and backup during TM absence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reply to SME / spot business pricing requests (not in Sales portfolio) and follow up
  • Improving the buying conditions to increase profitability
  • Keeping Workable MSRs updates: Requiring substantial amount of mapping and update activities to enable instant and accurate quoting without the need of trade/ops becoming involved
  • Identify customers with potential to evolve from spot to regular accounts – handover to Sales
  • Manage phone calls, outgoing or incoming; professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills
  • Establish excellent carrier relations to improve buying for his area of responsibility
  • Quotes Follow UP (extremely important for quality and efficiency)
  • Increase customer retention and satisfaction level

Job Requirements

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • You have Bachelors Degree
  • You have minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Sea Logistics, preferred Project Management Experience
  • You have good pricing, procurement and sales/development skills
  • You have good MS Office knowledge
  • You are hard-working and positive
  • You are customer focused and organized
  • You can travel (when needed to the branches and carriers offices in other parts of TR)
  • You speak English
