Job Description
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
- Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
- Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Build a reporting package to help measure the internal and external stakeholders and partners
- Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
- Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales team and monitors adoption and usage
- Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data
- Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments
- Working with Accounting, Finance, Legal, IT and Human Capital to provide assistance to drive projects to help the Sales Teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Real State background is a must
- High proficiency in English
- Experience in sales operations-based role
- Sales experience a plus, though not required
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to consult and align with stakeholders
