Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Sending daily & weekly activity reports to the sales manager.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Hiring real estate brokers matching with products criteria.
- Insure constant follow up on brokers and keep them updated with new products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Real State background is a must
- High proficiency in English
- Ability to negotiate fairly
- Possess a passion for finding and selling to new customers
- Possess a determination to meet and exceed sales goals
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
