Job Description
- Receive the recruitment requests with the JD and review to complete any missing information
- Attracts applicants by placing online job advertisements and contacting recruiters
- Screen the CVs delivered.
- Conduct the HR interview for non-managerial levels
- Prepare offer letters for the candidates meeting the recruitment request and organization requirements.
- Send the accepted candidates the list of documents required to prepare and deliver to us on the 1st joining date.
- Prepare the new hires contracts
- Responsible for the Orientation Session on the first day of the newly hired employee.
- Responsible for the Induction Program for the new hires joined the organization recently
- Develop and enhance the recruitment process.
- Responsible for finalizing the work Permit process for the expats.
- Tracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions; introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors if possible
- Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
- Prepare any reports related to recruitment / New hires
Job Requirements
- Min Education level accepted
- University graduate, from an accredited and recognized University
Min Years and type of Experience accepted
- Min 4 - 5 years’ experience in HR related functions, within multinational Companies’.
