Job Description
- Contact Clients and notify them of our current offers
- Follow up with Clients to ensure that we are meeting their needs
- Speak in a calm professional manner on the phone with Our Clients
- Update/ Create Spreadsheets
- Update/Create word documents
- Use clear and professional language while corresponding by e-mail
- Follow up with the emails sent and if needed, contact the Clients directly by phone.
