- Managing the status of accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies.
- Create efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data
- Issuing bills, receipts, and invoices for the signed contracts.
- Report to Finance Manager.
- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met
- Use spreadsheets and sophisticated calculation software to gather and record financial information
- Auditing the custody process by providing information and data as requested
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing records
- Create organized records and files to assist in tax preparation
- Analyze financial information for trends and errors
