Job Description
- Collect performance evaluation to extract the TNA models.
- Distribute and assemble model TNA training needs and collect the data required to prepare the annual training plan (TNA - PA - competencies matrix)
- Coordinate attend trainees external training
- Make a program to develop the employees (succession plan )
- Contract with various training centers and get the best prices
- Follow up Institutes and summer training and colleges
- Update file of trainees
Job Requirements
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- HR Diploma is a plus
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience in human resource including at least 2 years in the same position
Language:
- Arabic ( Mothertongue)
- Fluent in English
Computer skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Office ( Excel- Word- PowerPoint- Visio)
- Intermediate SAP System User
