Job Description

  • Screens corporate offers; negotiate prices, discounts, terms, and conditions of the deal to constitute an exclusive offer as well as comparing between new benefits, existing benefits and the offers presented to other companies to maintain the exclusivity
  • Communicate new benefits to employees by writing announcement summaries with details of the service
  • Create all relevant databases to keep track of all the expenditures and savings.
  • Planning and organizing all internal events; comparing between suggested places and offers, doing all the logistics and operations, managing the activities and the gifts that will be distributed
  • Generate quarterly analysis which ensures that internal employees are supplied with the most competitive benefits programs
  • Developing and updating policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits assuring equality between employees and abiding by the company’s values and culture.
  • Participate in all compensation projects and assignments, as requested.
  • Consolidate all budget elements from the various HR & Corp. Support teams for the budget submission and reviews
  • Analyze the HR accountabilities and act as the HR focal point with the finance department.
  • Calculate the financial settlements of the resigned employees, redundancy, retirement, and death packages and submit cheques. Prepare Recommendation letters for resigned employees
  • Conduct various analyses on Exit interviews, turnover analysis, Retirement, Cost of saving and examine the results and work on finding solutions.
  • Calculate the Company Incentive Plan payment, linking individual and company performance to the payout as per the set plan.
  • Calculate the Sales Incentive Plan commissions payment for direct sales employees after receiving and reviewing achievement results of the various sales channels
  • Participate in annual salary surveys and seminars, study and conduct various complex analysis for top management to base decisions for the annual plan
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual presentation to be presented to the CEO
  • Conduct various analysis to evaluate and enhance the implemented compensation programs and raise solutions for potential challenges
  • Set and negotiate an appropriate package for new hires based on their experience/weight to attract the best calibers while maintaining internal equity.
  • Participate in the calculation of salary and merit increase for all employees along with benchmarking positions with the market.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • A degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages is a must
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
