Job Description
YOUR ROLE
- Maintain SAP transactions for Cost Center Accounting and COPA accruals
- Control monthly closing activities with the cooperation of CO team in MEA countries
- Upload class 4 TOPAS and transfer financial data to Henkel's reporting tool
- Prepare standardized reports for different Henkel business units, focusing on (non-exhaustive): Financial key figures, business results, customer/product marginality analysis, etc.
- Be responsible for the quality of the data as well as the on time delivery of the reports, which is mandatory for providing timely and reliable information
- Support the countries' controlling teams with Ad-hoc reports and data analysis
Job Requirements
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance field, preferably in a multinational environment
- Fluent English is required; French is a plus
- Strong knowledge in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required
- ERP system (SAP) knowledge is a plus
- Detail-oriented, team player, and persistent
