Job Description
Business Development Manager is responsible for the value we provide in correlation with the handling of the Client Account; also, is responsible for the call center operations and increasing utilization of the service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management
- Call Center Utilization, KPI’s & Compliance
- Work closely with Client team to create new projects and Implement them
- Overall Management of projects implemented in Egypt
- Ensuring that Egypt call operations are running smoothly
- Ensuring Company’s strategy is in alignment with KPI’s and that they are met
- Handling the Legal aspect of the company
- Hiring Process, Interviews, Final word for call center and support resources
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with clients and working knowledge of organization and healthcare system processes.
- Good communication skills
- Client Management
- Project/Program Management
Position Qualification Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors degree
- 7 years experience in healthcare and MBA holding
- Masters degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Operations, Project Management and Account Management.
- Business Development experience will be a needed
