Job Description
- Participate in developing new and exciting fundraising activities across the organization to exceed sales quotas.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned donors and ensure major donors are satisfied with their donation scheme and kept them informed of the progress.
- To identify and track funding opportunities aligned with the organization's goals.
- Identify and build relationships with potential donors.
- Secure commitments of participation or donation from donors.
- Develop strategies to encourage new or increase contributions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Fundraising or Sales.
- NGO background is preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to build customer relationships, close deals and networking
- Creativity, imagination and an entrepreneurial attitude towards fundraising.
- Target Oriented.
