Job Description
- You will be responsible for ready mixed concrete production activities.
- You will plan the sequence of production orders and monitors the status of ready mixed concrete production.
- You will coordinate with purchasing department regarding raw material requirements.
- You will supervise the arrangement of the delivery of ready mixed concrete to the sites and in maintaining records of production activities.
- You will monitor the proceedings of production to overcome product nonconformity.
- You will be responsible to plan, develop, administer and implement provisions of the employee occupational safety, health and training program for production personnel
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or geophysics.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with experience in the concrete industry.
- Must be able to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership, self-motivation and administrative skills
