Job Description
- Cooperate with other engineers, main contractor and other subcontractors.
- Coordinate the handing over of completed works to client and completion of the necessary rectification works.
- Following up and assisting the technical design office and reviewing the drawings to ensure the job properly.
- Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effects of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Managing the construction and fit-out works of a construction project
- Providing technical advice in the planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of the project.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc In Architectural or Civil Engineering
- More than 5 years in execution of fit out works
- Previous experience in villas projects
