A Travel Advisor

Job Description not limited to:
- Supporting Elite customers
- Handle the Travel services for Our Clients.
- Book Flights, Hotels, Cruises, Car rentals .... etc.Working as a Travel Agent
- Handling customer complains
- Dealing with customer complains.
- Resolving customer’s Technical and Billing issues.
- Communicate efficiently with clients.
- Ensuring client Targets are delivered.
- Following up and delivering Clients updates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder is a must
- Expert use of GDS System is a plus
- **Galileo Booking System Expert User is a Plus**
- Previous Customer service experience is preferable
- Tourism and hotel background is preferred.
- Very Good command of English at least.
- Customer-oriented.
