Job Description

  • Involved in all aspects of M&A, equity and debt raising transactions, including financial and strategic analysis, due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation of agreements, and client, investor, and Board communications.
  • Develop pitches, financial modeling, presentations, market reviews, information memorandums, etc.
  • Provide support in the execution phase, including managing the due diligence process and agreements follow up.
  • Provide Support in the baseline assessment and strategy development exercise for Incubated Partners (IPs), through:
  • Intellectual input in brainstorming sessions.
  • Gathering required data internally and externally.
  • Study market trends through desk and on the ground data research.
  • Provide support in the implementation process for Incubated Partners (IPs).
  • Determines financial status of IPs by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results; identifying trends and recommending actions.
  • Provide information and frequent updates to CP management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, recommendations, and
  • implementation progress.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Business development
  • Initiatives of sourcing deals.
  • New business ideas, etc

Job Requirements
