Job Description
- Involved in all aspects of M&A, equity and debt raising transactions, including financial and strategic analysis, due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation of agreements, and client, investor, and Board communications.
- Develop pitches, financial modeling, presentations, market reviews, information memorandums, etc.
- Provide support in the execution phase, including managing the due diligence process and agreements follow up.
- Provide Support in the baseline assessment and strategy development exercise for Incubated Partners (IPs), through:
- Intellectual input in brainstorming sessions.
- Gathering required data internally and externally.
- Study market trends through desk and on the ground data research.
- Provide support in the implementation process for Incubated Partners (IPs).
- Determines financial status of IPs by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results; identifying trends and recommending actions.
- Provide information and frequent updates to CP management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, recommendations, and
- implementation progress.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Business development
