Job Description
- Coordinates recruiting and selection process as per the company recruitment requests, for the purpose of meeting district staffing requirements while complying with established guidelines.
- Responds to written and verbal recruitment requests from a variety of internal and external sources.
- Develop job postings, including conducting background research for internal postings.
- Schedule and coordinate the qualified candidates training and medical examination appointments.
- Coordinate recruitment related administrative tasks through the team which will include, for example, the drafting of advertisements, short listing matrix, interview preparation and issue of recommendation letters to companies.
- Conduct the necessary training for recruitment team.
- Identifying new methods to enhance recruitment resources for Hulk.
- Review and confirming the daily progress for the requested manpower.
- Sending the hiring sheet on daily bases for Operations and HR Manager.
- Presenting the company during external events like Job fairs and Open days to increase CVs pool.
- Work closely to the operation to be updated with the daily shortage for the sites and make the daily report for the shortage.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from any discipline
- Excellent communication skills, handling situations and able to meet deadlines.
- Experience in Blue collars is a must,
