Job Description
- Record, monitor and report operational milestones.
- Primary contact focal to customer for any operational queries/issues & Exceptions.
- Closely manage Shipping operations, inventory management and timely data management.
- Timely and accurate documentation
- Work closely in coordination with offsite teams to execute shared tasks
- Efficiently handle the work assigned to you by your team leader and optimally utilize the resources resulting in high operational efficiency.
- Maintain customer relationship and assist in maintaining and growing the current business by providing effective solutions to their needs.
- Maintain proactive coordination with customer, vendors and other Maersk offices to process the shipments in time.
- Vendor coordination and management
- Focus on process improvement from a customer perspective as well as Maersk internally
- Ensure KPIs are fulfilled against target
- Ensure OPS strategy defined by team leader / CS Manager is executed
- Exception Management
Job Requirements
- Flexibility towards shift working if required
- Detail oriented
- Good data analysis skills
- Effective communication skills
- Should be able to work with minimum supervision
- Good knowledge of OCE Export operations and associated documentation processes
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Service oriented with a prompt sense of urgency
- Warehousing / Customs clearance knowledge would be an advantage
