Job Description
What are my responsibilities?
- Review project requirement and specifications related to Security systems (CCTV, ACS, PA, Intrusion Detection, Intercom...etc.) and other ELV systems, ensure that selection and requisition of materials performed as per specifications.
- Communicate with Clients, Consultants, equipment vendors and suppliers, when required to ensure adherence to standards and scope of work and timelines as per project plan.
- Ensure that the Corporate and Project Quality Management System is applied during construction activities.
- Prepare / Review Bill of material for materials to be ordered and confirm the purchase order for procurement team.
- Prepare / Review Design documentation and drawings to be submitted to Client and Consultant for approvals.
- Plan projects activities and follow up with team to ensure activities are performed as planned.
- Address to technical queries raised by team or Client regarding Security & ELV systems.
- Provide reports to Client / management to show the progress of the work.
- Prepare / review handing over documents and ensure system is functioning as designed
- Coordinate with Logistics for the materials delivery and assuring material are compiled as per specifications, BoQ and Material Submittal approvals.
- Coordinate with Project Manager for the Monthly Forecast and Progress reporting.
Job Requirements
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar position
- Review project requirement and specifications related to Security systems (CCTV, ACS, PA, Intrusion Detection, Intercom...etc.) and other ELV systems, ensure that selection and requisition of materials performed as per specifications.
- Communicate with Clients, Consultants, equipment vendors and suppliers, when required to ensure adherence to standards and scope of work and timelines as per project plan.
- Ensure that the Corporate and Project Quality Management System is applied during construction activities.

- Experience of managing team of 5 to 10
- Bachelors in IT, Electronics or Electromechanical
- Experience of working with different stake holders: New constructions, consultants, venders
- Knowledge in Security systems (CCTV, ACS, PA, Intrusion Detection, Intercom...etc.) and other ELV systems, ensure that selection and requisition of materials performed as per specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs, high/Medium level of proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Visio (all Project related tools)
- Experience dealing with End users End users, Consultants, vendors and suppliers, understand scope of work and project timelines as per project plan.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Arabic
