Job Description
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
- Servicing the needs of the existing Network
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinion
- Manage the relation between XX and the dealer in order to maximize profitability and value for all par
- Provides hand-on counseling with regard to implementing marketing plans, continuous development for a dealer, site personnel, site maximization via profit center analysis
- Responsible for all aspects of the on-site operation to deliver excellence in execution of XX
- customer offer & flawless operations resulting in optimal retail profitability.
- Monitor & improve the site financial and operational performance
- Help the dealer benchmark his business contribution in trade ar
- Preparing reports and statistics for the area & keeping the dealer aware of his site profitability.
- Coaching the dealer on the best practice operation procedure
- Ensure compliance to XX operational practices on-site in order to meet all objective
- Participate in an audit site visit
- Monitor fuel products support
- Monitor and optimize the P & L (profit & loss), appearance and operation standards, merchandising standards, retail factors in the retail sit
Job Requirements
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Years of experience 4-7 years with age between 26-29 years−
- Excellent Logical and methodical, excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Excellent diplomacy skills, Teamwork.
- Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Package “Word, Excel & PowerPoint”.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
