Job Description
- Book with shipping lines
- Handle shipment details with customers including transportation, custom clearance.
- Collect all consignment documents and review them well before sending them by courier to the client.
- Follow up shipment and solve problems if any.
- Evaluation of the employee within the department
- Receive booking requests from the sales department to notify the appropriate employee from the team.
- Follow up the progress of the files under execution in the section.
- Address the emergency problems in the department and support employees.
- Follow up clients of new bookings and their satisfaction rate.
- Evaluate the employee within the department monthly.
Submit a monthly report from the manager to the management explaining the following :
- Ports that were shipped during the previous month with an indication of change
- The price of shipping to the port for the previous month and assesses the power of attorney
- The volume of customers that were shipped during the month to the volume of customers in the company database
- Evaluation shows the extent of communication with other departments of the company and the proportion of assistance in achieving the process and its success.
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience.
- Familiar with export regulations
- Good Knowledge of MS office, Specially (Excel & Word)
- Very Good Command of English Language
- Customer Service skills
- Hard worker, able to meet tight deadlines.
- Have excellent experience to submit advice for special cases relevant to Export.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
