Job Description
- Being involved in all stages of application development, including design, modifications, development, and implementation of the applications to ensure the applications’ quality and efficiency
- Putting together projects’ technical structure and reviewing coding and ensuring its quality
- Coordinating with graphic designers and software developers to build and test the applications and to implement APIs (application programming interface) and services in order to support planned mobile phone functionality
- Working on enhancing the team’s technical capabilities to overcome any technical challenges and avoid them in the first place, if possible
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain required system modules, front-end, back-end applications built on different technologies.
- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
- Design and implement new features for mobile applications for all company products.
- Optimize software to maximize speed and scale, factoring in network latency, device performance and bandwidth constraints.
- Develop test infrastructures, writing documentation and ensuring high performance.
- Translating of UI/UX wireframes and designs to visual elements and components.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience , 2+ experience as a team lead
- Strong experience working with remote data via REST, real-time data and JSON
- Strong experience with mobile databases
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Knowledge of iOS is favourable
- Strong experience on the process of deploying apps on the Play Store (AppStore process knowledge is also favourable)
- Ability to write clean code
- Experience with Swift, Objective-C, Cocoa, Xcode, XML, and JSON
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
- Experience in app deployment process on App Store
