Job Description
- Monitor cashier in and out transactions, in addition custody and employees loans and its clearance.
- Enter AP accounts transactions to the ERP System on a daily basis.
- Receiving local purchased goods and confirming its features with POs and suppliers invoices.
- Prepare and print bank and cash payment vouchers and checks.
- Assemble supplier’s invoices to be paid in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Prepayment, accrual and down payment follow up.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Commerce.
- 1-2 years of experience in AP accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Axapta user is a must.
