Job Description
- Expert in establishing and developing preventive maintenance procedures, incorporating these in a Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) program of Malls Facilities and Equipment’s.
- Responsible in corrective maintenance of electrical, electronic low current, mechanical and civil works.
- Coordinates and kept the Maintenance Director informed in writing regarding breakdown of equipment’s, failure or malfunction of any emergency works regarding electrical, electronic low current, mechanical and civil works.
- Develop and enforces safety procedures then cooperates in imposing safe working practices, personnel protective equipment (PPE).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering OR Electrical Engineering
- Big Industrial and Commercial Facilities Operation and Maintenance Management
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
