Job Description
- Responsibilities: responsible for brokers recruitment, orientation, strengthen, managing, coordinate relationships with them via communication, rapidly responsive, cooperation, providing tools, reviews all marketing channels and campaign, ensuring their rights, reviews CIL.
- Conduct all procedure related of paying the commissions, assist on follow up the customer and closing the deal.
- Occasionally meetings with customers and held the presentations.
Job Requirements
- Has 3 to 4 years experience in selling residential, admin, and commercial units.
- Has 1 to 2 years’ experience in indirect sales.
- Has brokers database and operated with it, and selling units via them.
- Has market, product, customer, and competitor’s knowledge.
- Has skills of listening, effective communication, problem solving, interpersonal, organizational, time management, self-motivation, persuasion, customer service, and integrity.
- Presentable, Personal diplomacy, Relaxed style, Patience, flexible, and adaptable.
