Job Description
The purpose of our Backend Developer role is:
- An active member of a strong technical team, working closely with them to ensure proper delivery of system features
- Participate in designing of solutions and tasks estimation.
- Participate in development of new products and maintaining the existing solutions.
- Help other team members with technical problems and decisions.

Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate has exceptionally high ownership, excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment. They would also be insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving; breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items.
Other qualifications include:
- BS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 2+ Years of experience in software development
- Good experience in java enterprise including Servlets,JAX-RS, JPA
- Good experience in object oriented and application design.
- Good knowledge in Java 8+
- Experience in open source technologies including Spring, Hibernate, Apache CXF.
- Experience in working with, designing and maintaining MySQL databases
- Knowledge of latest front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, Backbone, Marionette,HTML 5, CSS, LeSS, SaSS) and server-side JavaScript (Node.js, HAPI) is a plus
- Having good knowledge in working with source control tool like Git and build tools like Maven.
- Knowledge of Groovy/Grails is a plus.
- Knowledge of Mongo DB is a plus.
- Good English communication skills.
