Job Description
- Assist in the implementation of the company's strategies and the implementation of the existing procurement plan
- Analyze offers from suppliers and choose the best company
- Develop and implement effective negotiation methods
- Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance with contract terms
- Review supplies to ensure quality
- Monitor inventory levels
- Prepare and submit detailed reports (revenue, purchase expenses etc.)
- Keep records updated
- Attend events, exhibitions and exhibitions to keep up with market trends
Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience
- Previous experience in procurement
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market research, data analysis and buying best practices
- Practical knowledge of MS Office and software purchase (such as SpendMap)
