Job Description
- Game Design and Development Right from Concept to Execution.
- Design Game Documents ( GDD ) Professionally and Creatively.
- Build New Features, User Flows and Wire frames.
- Develop Ideas for Game play and Progression Systems Throughout the Player Life-Cycle.
- Keep Team Updated on Game Wide Design Changes.
- Partner with other Disciplines to Ensure Game Design and Player Engagement Targets are Considered
- Create and Tune Content to Create an Accessible Yet Deep Experience for Players.
- Formulate Requests for Research and Conduct Competitive Analysis.
- Quickly Prototype Design Ideas in-Game and Rapidly Iterate.
- Develop Data-Gathering Methods for Game Balancing and Tuning.
- Collaborate with Team Members to Deliver Design Specifications for Player Engagement and Retention to Team Leads.
- Liaise with technology team on implementation and integration.
- Come Up with New Game ideas to Add Value to the Platform.
Job Requirements
- +3 Years of Game Design Experience.
- Ability to Design Game Documents ( GDD ) Professionally and Creatively.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to Work to Deadlines.
- Previous Experience in Video Games / Mobile Games.
- Programming Skills Are an Advantage.
- Hands-on Experience in Game Development – Research, Design, Prototyping, Documentation, Delivery and Publishing .
- Analytical Mindset with Decent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- Ability to Work Collaboratively in an Agile and Dynamic Environment Which Promotes Innovation.
- A "detail obsessed" professional Who Puts User Experience at the heart of any Product Design.
- Strong Creative Skills and Ability to Analyze With Critical Judgement.
- Have strong knowledge of Unreal & Unity.
- Should be Able to Script/Program Prototypes Without the Need of a Dedicated Programmer.
