Job Description

  • Handle and resolve customer complains.
  • Manage customers’ accounts
  • Follow-up process of delivery of units to customers
  • Submit the necessary reports on the client's problems when he received the unit to the Customer Service Manager
  • Coordination with the client wishing to Singed the contract to attend the company's headquarter

Job Requirements

  • Exp Not less than 2 years at Real Estate & Developments companies
  • Job location at Cairo / Al Sukhna
  • Experience in dealing with customers.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years
  • Good computer skills.
