- Creates, maintains, & develops the companies regional marketing results
- Managers and supervisors the creative team
- Oversees the content of the company’s internal and external communication
- Develops the company's website, profile, and social media activities
- Initiates The company’s group of services (current, suggested, and potential) and walks through the whole product life-cycle (introduction, growth, maturity, and decline); plans and handles all the company’s marketing /promotional efforts that goes with each phase & takes corrective actions whenever needed.
- Coordinates the strategic plans of the group products/services portfolio
- Conducts marketing research
- Performs periodical marketing environmental scanning of the Egyptian and regional markets
- Reports monthly environmental scanning findings and results to management
- Monitors the performance of the company’s products/services portfolio and recommends actions/efforts to be taken to uplift the products/services on their decline phase
- Monitors the company’s CRM and/or seasonal trends and directs sales force to act accordingly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in marketing or related field
- 7+ years of experience
- Post graduate degree in MarCom/marketing/IMC is a plus
- Track record in brand management & building brands
- Practical experience working with startups
- Excellent business communications and reports writing skills
- Advanced user of MS Office applications
- Fluent in both English and Arabic languages
