E-Commerce Manager

• Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
• Collaborate with partners to manage all aspects of the E-Commerce business: planning strategy and development, promotional and campaigns
• Oversee and manage P&L of E-Commerce business
• Manage day to day and monthly E-Commerce sales target
• Manage the digital communication plan in support of the E-Commerce business
• Preparing and completing operations action plans.
• Provides daily guidance to social media moderators to ensure customer service is delivered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner on social media channels
• Provide immediate & continuous support to all team members to enhance& develop performance to ensure a smooth running of workflow & communication
• Work very closely with team members to solve customer problems.
