Job Description
- Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
- Collaborate with partners to manage all aspects of the E-Commerce business: planning strategy and development, promotional and campaigns
- Oversee and manage P&L of E-Commerce business
- Manage day to day and monthly E-Commerce sales target
- Manage the digital communication plan in support of the E-Commerce business
- Preparing and completing operations action plans.
- Provides daily guidance to social media moderators to ensure customer service is delivered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner on social media channels
- Provide immediate & continuous support to all team members to enhance& develop performance to ensure a smooth running of workflow & communication
- Work very closely with team members to solve customer problems.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or similar.
- 6-10 Extensive experience as an E-Commerce Manager.
- Professional experience in most of all of the following areas: web merchandising, digital marketing and analytics, customer service, e-commerce, loss prevention.
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
- Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
- Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
