Job Purpose
- To achieve Sales Objectives and goals around Team growth/revenue targets/quality/profitability/account retention
Principle Accountabilities
- Achieving annual/quarterly revenue goals
- Achieving departmental KPIS on a monthly basis
- Coaching and supporting sales teams to achieve their goals/interdepartmental challenges
- Executing any sales department roles in company initiatives
- Creating and executing sales led initiatives to execute company strategy.
- Expanding sales team headcount to achieve sales team goals (interviews/recruitment/coaching)
- Demonstrating company's capabilities in sales meetings.
- Responsible for identifying client needs and working with Design & Development department to create matching solutions.
- Technical understanding and presenting our solutions to clients.
- Closing sales deals in line with assigned target.
- Growing and retaining assigned existing accounts.
- Ensuring providing adequate service level to clients by following up with all stake holders.
Job Requirements
- Sales leadership in a B2B service sales environment
- Sales strategy/data analysis
- Worked with KPIS (cascading them from strategy/managing them/changing them as needed)
- Coming up with and follow through with execution of initiatives to achieve the objectives
- Strong sales skills with key accounts/complex customizable solutions/consultative selling
- Max age is 32
- Strong account management (growing/retaining accounts)
