Job Description
- Implements human resources programs; including talent acquisition, staffing, training and development.
- Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
- Continued involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
- Cultivate training and development programs
Job Requirements
- 1- 2 Years’ experience in HR in a generalist role –Manufacturing facility is a must, and preferably in FMCG Sector
- Bachelor degree in Commerce is preferred – HR post graduate studies is a plus
