Job Description

  • Prepare monthly payroll according to company procedures while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Prepare the final settlement & Compensation for leaver.
  • Responsible for answering pay related queries, for example, in relation to tax, social insurance, etc.
  • Support internal & external auditors with speedy, accurate reports upon request, to facilitate finding needed evidence required for the auditing process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in commerce or a relevant Field.
  • Excellent in MS Office ( Excel, Word ) is MUST.
  • Knowledge of employment labor law, Payroll, and income taxes deductions calculations - All payroll ratios is MUST
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills
