Job Description
- Monitor stock levels & identify purchasing needs.
- Track orders & ensure timely delivery.
- Update databases with order details.
- Prepare cost analysis.
- Review the quality of purchased products & good study for technical datasheet.
- Maintain procurement records such as items purchased costs, delivery time, product quality, supplier performance, and inventories.
- Negotiate and close purchase orders and contracts.
- Analyze and evaluate current and potential vendors in consideration of the internal quality and cost requirements.
- Provide and evaluate information about relevant price trends and developments in the procurement market.
- Ensure all administration and documentation of purchasing processes (Requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, master data) are compliance with department policy.
- Placing orders to suppliers and coordinates between the suppliers and forwarding companies to ensure on-time pickup of all shipments.
- Report and analyze the missing materials.
- File all paperwork per documented procedures
- Updating data on the system.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 2 - 4 Years
- Age: Maximum Age 28 Years
- Gender: Males Only
- New Cairo or nearby areas residents only
- Location: Industrial Zone, New Cairo
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM
- Fridays and Saturdays are off
