- Adept on Management Role for the Malls Maintenance Department.
- Planning strategic objectives and monitor performance metrics for facilities to evaluate existing efficiency.
- Leading the operational teams with consistent delivery of operational Facilities Management solutions across Shopping Malls.
- Resolving any unexpected maintenance technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Maintain a positive and progressive relationship with other departments, clients and service providers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering OR Electrical Engineering
- Facilities (Operation and Maintenance) and Asset Management
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
