Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead lifecycle marketing strategies, inclusive of early onboarding, sustained usage, and churn and win-back programs that deliver downstream impact across the Amazon ecosystem
- Dive deep and identify customer segments and insights related to usage and the full funnel analysis of
- Design and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives that drive adoption of new shopping behaviors and lead to repeat purchasing
- Develop innovative ways and potentially new tools to communicate with customers across email, social, on device, mobile, push notifications, direct mail, and more
- Own campaigns targeting and segmentation, messaging, content and design, planning. You will build and execute campaigns, report on individual campaign results and bigger picture trends
- Own the messaging strategy and write strong copy, including irresistible calls-to-action for targeted audiences.
- Utilize A/B testing to develop and run test and learn strategies across all marketing placements and vehicles
- Partner with product managers to develop automated tools and marketing programs by customer and lifecycle cohorts to improve personalization, messaging strategies and offers (on and off device)
- This role is based in Dubai, UAE.
Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience leading lifecycle, CRM and/or Engagement/Loyalty Marketing programs
- Experience in online marketing across email, social, notifications and other digital avenues
- Experience using customer insights and behavioral data to deeply understand customer base and inform strategic plans
- Experience building Brand, Engagement or Loyalty Marketing programs
- Experience in building programs from the bottom up quickly and with little previous framework
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, finance or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action.
- Technical or CRM marketing experience
- Experience setting up processes to scale new marketing programs
- Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the customer experience.
- Familiarity with SQL and using queries to extract and analyze data
