Job Description
We are looking for a #Scrum_Master to provide Agile leadership and expertise for both front-end and back-end teams in a flat, Agile environment. The Scrum Master is expected to actively participate in creating a great culture of continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate scrum meetings and coach the team to conduct them effectively.
- Maintain the scrum team’s backlogs, boards, charts, and reports.
- Mentor & coach the team in scrum and other Agile practices.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop a detailed project plan, and continually monitor and track progress.
- Conduct detailed Requirement gathering sessions as needed.
- Measure and report to management project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer engineering.
- 1-3 years of demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master or project coordinator in a software house.
- Certified Scrum Master is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
