Job Description
Summary
We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out fault finding and planned preventative maintenance on the production line equipment to rectify any faults. The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will investigate and recommend solution to production and maintenance problems, aid in prevention equipment failures through inspection, and ensure plant & equipment modifications are compatible with existing systems and established KPIs.
Description

Ensure production lines reliability and efficient operation.

Ensure compliance to safety and food safety regulations in all the maintenance activities section.

Achieve the electrical section operational KPIs.

Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.

Lead mechanical electrical maintenance team to achieve section KPIs.

Demonstrate plant ownership in all activities.

Communicate with the machine manufacturers and local suppliers for spare parts purchasing plans.

Responsible for any PLC changes or improvement.

Responsible for plant instrumentation maintenance and installation.

Troubleshoot electrical power & control breakdowns.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Major: Power Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in Factory Maintenance, preferably in FMCG

- Ability to handle multiple tasks

- Great problem-solving skills
