Job Description
Job Purpose
- To lead and execute quality events matching company's image and standards. support the achievement of event margin and revenue targets by implementing operations standards, producing high quality materials in line with requirements, delivering a high-quality service, communicating with customers and purchasing, storing all required materials to deliver planned events, to achieve strong business results.
Principle Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day
- Expand & updated our database continuously (Price list, venues, suppliers, coaches, …etc).
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success (quality/cost)
Event Execution
- Plan event from start to finish according to SLA.
- Maintain Event Budget
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate all operations
- Supervise all staff (event coordinators, admin, coaches etc.)
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare report
Job Requirements
- Excellent in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
- Males only
- DETAIL oriented
- Internet navigation and research
- Skilled in project management
- Knowledge of KPIs and techniques for event management
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer-service orientation
- A team player with leadership skills
- Fluency in English is a must .
