Job Description

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, forms, emails,……..
  • Create database of contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
  • Document expenses and hand in reports.
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

Job Requirements

  • Females only
  • Well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Experience: minimum 3 years ( Must be in office furniture )
  • English fluency is a must
  • Excellent on Microsoft office ( word , excel, PowerPoint, outlook )·
  • Photoshop preferred
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
