- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, forms, emails,……..
- Create database of contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Document expenses and hand in reports.
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
Job Requirements
- Females only
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Integrity and professionalism
- Experience: minimum 3 years ( Must be in office furniture )
- English fluency is a must
- Excellent on Microsoft office ( word , excel, PowerPoint, outlook )·
- Photoshop preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
