Job Description

Overview:

The operations coordinator handles all internal operations and his responsibilities include the coordination and completion of tasks on time and within scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of operations. Prepare reports for upper management. Manage and coordinate tasks and projects between all departments and handle all pending tasks.

Has wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Job responsibilities

  • Performing administrative duties
  • Coordinating company meeting, events and sessions with other department assistants
  • Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time by following up and coordinating with all departments to track down pending tasks.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Keep tracking and measuring tasks, operations performance and progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive operational documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Operations coordinator helps the operations managers, chief executive officer (CEO) or chief operations officer (COO). They may also aid other executive managers.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience 2-5 years in management as operation assistant or project coordinator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
