Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Technical Lead to join our expanding team, who will be mainly responsible for helping the team perform at their highest level, and become DevOps team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in depth analysis of code, identify anti-patterns, and build improvement plans with the team.
- Guide and mentor the team to deliver high quality software that meets coding best practices.
- Enforce fully automated DevOps process using best in class tools.
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in the software development field (including 2+ in agile projects).
- Hands-on experience and expert level in Java and Angular.
- Expert knowledge level in architectural principles and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience in DevOps and CI/CD tools like Docker, AWS, and Bitbucket pipelines.
- In depth experience in Agile Software Development methodologies.
- In depth experience in common agile techniques like BDD, TDD, Pair Programming, and Automated Testing.
- Good experience in web and enterprise applications.
- Good communication skills with an open mindset.
