Job Description

  • Responsible for Facility Management.
  • Follow up on the Facility Maintenance services.
  • Processing and reporting on office expenses.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Manage and order office supplies.
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Oversee facility management and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors.

Job Requirements

  • Good English verbal and written.
  • Work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Familiarity with office equipment and facility needs, like printers..etc
  • Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
