Job Description
- Responsible for Facility Management.
- Follow up on the Facility Maintenance services.
- Processing and reporting on office expenses.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Manage and order office supplies.
- Update office policies as needed
- Oversee facility management and maintenance.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors.
Job Requirements
- Good English verbal and written.
- Work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
- Familiarity with office equipment and facility needs, like printers..etc
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
