KONE Middle East & Africa is embarking upon an exciting growth phase through direct presence in 10 countries and more than 60 distributor markets within the region. To complement our growth plans we are looking for a strong sales professional in Cairo, Egypt.
Reporting directly to the New Sales Manager, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer. In this role, you will drive new equipment sales by converting leads into customers, improving the efficiency of the sales flow and driving sales in order to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Individual sales planning & sales funnel management
- Customer relationship management to retain & grow business with new and existing customers and to drive customer satisfaction by identifying their needs
- Create a solid sales pipeline; be able to use it for sales forecast accuracy
- Selling value and differentiating KONE products and services to qualified leads
- Record account/customer activity in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Validate that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality and safety
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- Experience in sales in the elevators industry or other relevant industries
- Excellent Arabic & English language skills
- Comprehensive understanding of sales funnel management & customer relationship management tools
- Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
- Ability to work together as a team and promote a harmonious environment
